季冻性寒区隧道波纹钢排水沟性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 寒区隧道施工中,排水沟防冻害保护措施至关重要。本文依托太锡铁路太崇段崇礼隧道工程,对季冻性寒区隧道波纹钢排水沟的适应性进行相关研究,通过数值计算对波纹钢排水沟结构强度及防冻害性能进行分析,结果表明波纹钢排水沟在正常荷载作用下最大应力约153 MPa,管体水平和竖直变形约6 mm;在保温方面当波纹钢排水沟埋深2.5 m时可以保证其内温度不低于0℃,可以满足铁路正常运营。本文研究方法对今后工期紧张的寒区隧道排水沟施工建设具有一定工程价值和现实意义。 In the construction of tunnels in cold regions,the anti freezing protection measures of drainage ditches are very important.Based on the Chongli tunnel project in Taichong section of Taiyuan-Wuxi Railway,this paper studies the adaptability of corrugated steel drainage ditch of tunnel in seasonal freezing cold area,and analyzes the structural strength and anti freezing performance of corrugated steel drainage ditch through numerical calculation.The results show that the maximum stress of corrugated steel drainage ditch is about 153 MPa and the horizontal and vertical deformation of pipe body is about 6 mm under normal load.In terms of thermal insulation,when the corrugated steel drainage ditch is buried 2.5 m deep,it can ensure that the internal temperature is not less than 0℃,which can meet the normal operation of the railway.The research method adopted in the paper has important engineering value and practical significance for the drainage ditch construction of tunnel in cold area with tight construction period.
