钢筋桁架楼承板在装配式混凝土结构中的应用研究 被引量:13

摘要 随着我国装配式建筑逐渐进入规模化、主业化发展阶段,混凝土叠合板因其制作简单、运输方便等优点,成为装配式建筑中最为常见的预制混凝土构件,然而混凝土叠合板仍然存在受力不明确、质量通病较多等问题。钢筋桁架楼承板在钢结构建筑中广泛应用,技术较为成熟。本文从结构受力、施工运输、经济性等角度全面对比分析钢筋桁架楼承板和混凝土叠合板的优缺点。研究结果表明:钢筋桁架楼承板综合性能明显优于混凝土叠合板,在装配式混凝土结构中钢筋桁架楼承板具有十分广阔的市场前景。 With the development of China’s prefabricated buildings stepping in the large-scale and main industrial stage,concrete composite slab has become the most common precast concrete component in prefabricated buildings because of its simple manufacture and convenient transportation.However,concrete composite slab still has some problems,such as unclear stress path and many common quality problems.Reinforced truss floor bearing slab is widely used in steel structures,and the technology is relatively mature.This paper comprehensively compares the advantages and disadvantages of reinforced truss floor bearing slab and concrete composite plate from the perspectives of structural stress,construction transportation and economy.The results show that the comprehensive performance of reinforced truss floor bearing slab is obviously better than that of concrete composite plate.It has a very broad market prospect to popularize the application of reinforced truss floor bearing slab in fabricated concrete structure.
