摘要
氨基糖是土壤中唯一一种含氮的碳水化合物,氨基糖多作为生物标识物在研究土壤及海洋有机质中碳的来源及转化,以及医疗方面发挥着重要作用。随着氨基糖的应用前景越加广阔,人们对于氨基糖的研究越加关注和深入。文章主要对氨基糖的性质、应用及市场前景进行综述,以期为今后氨基糖的研究提供参考。
Amino sugar is the only nitrogen-containing carbohydrate in soil. As a biomarker, amino sugar plays an important role in studying the source and transformation of carbon in soil and marine organic matter, as well as medical treatment. With the wider application prospect of amino sugar, people pay more and more attention to the research of amino sugar. This paper mainly reviews the properties,application and market prospect of amino sugar, in order to provide reference for the research of amino sugars in the future.
