摘要
目的:探索心理护理联合健康教育对焦虑症患者心理康复的影响。方法:选取于2020年6月至2021年6月入住南宁市第五人民医院心理科森田病区的80例焦虑症患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组、平行对照为原则,分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者实施常规心理护理,观察组患者采取放松训练、改良森田疗法实施等心理护理干预及健康教育。两组的疗程均为6周。在干预前和干预后采用汉密尔顿焦虑评定量表及SF-36健康调查问卷以评定疗效。结果:干预6周后,观察组干预前后组内HAM-A-total score评分明显下降(t=11.04;P=0.0009<0.05),且明显优于对照组[t=179.300;P<0.0001]。观察组干预前后SF-36量表各维度评分除生理机能[t=0.5796;P=0.5639>0.05]外,其余的躯体疼痛、一般健康状况等7个维度均显现出显著的改善作用(P<0.05)。结论:焦虑症患者采用心理护理结合健康教育干预,能比较快速缓解患者的焦虑症状,提高其生活质量,促进患者恢复。
Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with health education on psychological rehabilitation of patients with anxiety disorder. Methods: 80 patients with anxiety disorder admitted to Morita ward, Department of psychology, Nanning Fifth People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research object. They were randomly and parallelly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group received routine psychological nursing, and the patients in the observation group received psychological nursing intervention and health education such as relaxation training and improved Morita therapy. The course of treatment of both groups was 6 weeks. Hamilton anxiety rating scale and SF-36 health questionnaire were used to evaluate the curative effect before and after intervention. Results: After 6 weeks of intervention, the HAM-A-total score in the observation group decreased significantly before and after intervention(t=11.04;P=0.0009<0.05), and was significantly better than that in the control group [t=179.300;P<0.0001]. In the observation group, seven dimensions of SF-36 scale, including physical pain and general health status,were significantly improved before and after intervention except physiological function [t=0.5796;P=0.5639>0.05](P<0.05). Conclusion:Psychological nursing combined with health education intervention can quickly alleviate the anxiety symptoms of patients, improve their quality of life and promote the recovery of patients.
