Treatment Progress in Sphincter Preserving Surgery for Anal Fistula

肛门直肠瘘简称肛瘘,是肛管、直肠与肛门周围皮肤之间存在的一种慢性炎症的上皮化异常通道,为一种常见的难治性良性疾病,是目前世界上公认的外科领域难治性疾病之一。手术是目前主要的治疗手段,保留括约肌功能是当前肛瘘手术趋势。文章对肛瘘保留括约肌手术包括括约肌间瘘管结扎术、直肠黏膜瓣推移术、生物蛋白胶封堵、肛瘘栓及经括约肌瘘管切开术等方法进行综述,以期为今后治疗肛瘘提供参考。

Anorectal fistula, referred to as anal fistula, is a chronic inflammatory epithelial abnormal channel between the anal canal,rectum and the skin around the anus. It is a common refractory benign disease. It is recognized recognized as one of the refractory diseases in the field of surgery in the world. Surgery is the main treatment at present, and preserving sphincter function is the current trend of anal fistula surgery.This paper reviews the methods of sphincter preserving surgery for anal fistula, including inter sphincter fistula ligation,rectal mucosal flap pushing, biological protein glue blocking, anal plug and transsphincter fistula incision, in order to provide reference for the treatment of anal fistula in the future.
