摘要
作为旅游业的支柱产业,酒店业是旅游经济不可或缺的重要组成部分,酒店行业的市场竞争归根到底是管理人才的竞争,而管理人才的实力取决于职业满意度效果。文章以SL酒店的管理层员工为研究对象,通过问卷调查法获取相关评价数据并利用因子分析法对SL酒店管理层员工的整体满意度情况进行分析研究。结果表明:酒店管理层员工对薪酬待遇和工作氛围的整体满意度相对较高,福利政策和晋升激励满意度较低。针对研究结果,提出相应的具体建议和措施,目的是通过案例研究找出问题存在的共性,为高星级酒店的人力资源管理提供理论参考与实用借鉴。
As a pillar industry of tourism industry, hotel industry is an indispensable part of tourism economy. The market competition of hotel industry is the competition of management talents, and the strength of management talents depends on the effect of career satisfaction. This paper takes the management staff of SL hotel as the research object, obtains the relevant evaluation data through the questionnaire survey method, and uses the factor analysis method to analyze the overall satisfaction of the management staff of SL hotel.The results show that the overall satisfaction of hotel management staff with salary and working atmosphere is relatively high, while the satisfaction with welfare policy and promotion incentive is relatively low. According to the research results, this paper puts forward the corresponding specific suggestions and measures, in order to find out the commonness of the problems through the case study, and provide theoretical and practical reference for the human resource management of high-star hotels.
