DCE-MRI鉴别肺部良、恶性肿瘤的研究进展

摘要 近年来,随着影像技术的不断进步,PET-CT和动态增强CT已在肺癌的鉴别诊断和预后判断中得以应用,具有准确性较高的优势,但这些检查方法都会产生一定的辐射,同时,对病变区的血流动力学变化也不能明确表达。而动态对比增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)是一种新的非侵袭性成像方法,不仅可以反映肿瘤的形态和内部血管的功能状态,还具有其他突出优势,如:软组织分辨率高、无电离辐射等。除此之外,磁共振多参数、多序列的出现也明显提高肺部MR的诊断质量。文章对DCE-MRI在肺恶性肿瘤诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用予以综述。 In recent years,with the continuous progress of imaging technology,PET-CT and dynamic enhanced CT have been applied in differential diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.In addition,Hemodynamics changes in the lesion area could not be clearly expressed.Dynamic contrast magnetic resonance Imagin(DCE-MRI)is a new non-invasive imaging method,which can not only reflect the shape of tumor and the functional state of internal blood vessels,but also has many advantages,such as high resolution of soft tissue,no ionizing radiation and so on.In addition,multi-parameter and multi-sequence MRI can improve the diagnostic quality of lung.This article reviews the application of DCE-MRI in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung malignant tumors.
