无创呼吸机在重症支气管哮喘治疗中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨无创呼吸机在重症支气管哮喘治疗中的应用价值。方法:纳入2019年1月~2021年1月本院收治的重症支气管哮喘患者(n=50)为观察对象,按不同的治疗方式分组,对照组(n=25)采用常规方案治疗,观察组(n=25)在对照组的基础上采用无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗疗效,以及对比两组患者的血气分析指标及PEF指标变化。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.00%,对照组为68.00%,前者明显高于后者(P<0.05);在SpO_(2)、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)以及PEF指标水平对照上,治疗前两组无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的PEF、SpO_(2)、PaO_(2)明显提升、PaCO_(2)明显下降(P<0.05),且与对照组相比,观察组患者的PEF、SpO_(2)、PaO_(2)明显较高、PaCO_(2)明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:采用无创呼吸机辅助治疗重症支气管哮喘患者,能取得较为良好的效果,能有效地改善患者的病症,促使血气运行尽量恢复正常,帮助患者加快康复。 Objective:To explore the application value of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma.Methods:The study was conducted from January 2019 to January 2021.The subjects were patients with severe bronchial asthma(n=50).They were divided into groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=25)was treated with conventional regimen,and the observation group(n=25)was treated with noninvasive ventilator on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and compare the changes of blood gas analysis indexes and PEF indexes between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 92.00%in the observation group and 68.00%in the control group.The former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the levels of SpO_(2),PaO_(2),PaCO_(2) and PEF between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,PEF,SpO_(2) and PaO_(2) increased significantly and PaCO_(2) decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,PEF,SpO_(2) and PaO_(2) in the observation group were significantly higher and PaCO_(2) was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of noninvasive ventilator in the adjuvant treatment of patients with severe bronchial asthma can achieve good results,effectively improve the symptoms of patients,promote the blood gas operation to return to normal as much as possible,and help patients speed up their rehabilitation.
