无创CPAP呼吸机应用于新生儿肺透明膜病的疗效分析

Efficacy of Noninvasive CPAP Ventilator Combined with Pulmonary Surfactant in the Treatment of Neonatal Hyaline Membrane Disease

目的:分析新生儿肺透明膜病患儿通过无创CPAP呼吸机联合肺泡表面活性物质治疗后的临床疗效。方法:将在2018年1月~2020年12月来本院治疗20例新生儿肺透明膜患儿为例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=10)和观察组(n=10),两组均通过肺表面活性物质治疗,然后对照组通过有创通气治疗,观察组通过无创CPAP治疗,比较两组患者的氧疗时间、血气指标(pH、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2))。结果:两组氧疗时间、治疗前后的pH、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过无创CPAP呼吸机治疗新生儿肺透明膜病患儿,同样能够改善血气指标,减少氧疗时间,且具有无创性,治疗效果明显提升。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of non-invasive CPAP ventilator combined with alveolar surfactant in neonatal hyaline membrane disease.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020,we will treat 20 cases of neonates with hyaline membrane,were divided into control group(n=10)and observation group(n=10),both groups were treated with pulmonary surfactant,then the control group was treated with invasive ventilation,and the observation group was treated with non-invasive CPAP.The oxygen therapy time and blood gas indexes(pH,PaO_(2),PaCO_(2))were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparison of pH,PaO_(2),PaCO_(2) between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive CPAP ventilator is used to treat neonates with hyaline membrane disease,it also improves blood gas,reduce oxygen therapy time,and non-invasive,the effect of treatment has improved significantly.
