胆结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开腹手术的治疗效果对比观察

Comparison of the Therapeutic Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Laparotomy in Patients with Gallstones

目的:对比观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开腹手术在胆结石治疗中的临床效果。方法:纳入2019年4月~2020年4月于本院接受胆结石治疗的患者50例为观察对象,根据手术方法的不同将其分为接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的腹腔镜组与接受开腹手术治疗的开腹组,每组的患者例数均为25例。结果:腹腔镜组患者手术效果与开腹组患者相比存在显著优势,P<0.05。统计学分析两组患者手术情况以及术后恢复情况后可知,腹腔镜组与开腹组患者存在显著差异,P<0.05。在术后并发症发生率的比较上,腹腔镜组患者明显低于开腹组患者,P<0.05。结论:在实施胆结石患者手术治疗的过程中,与开腹手术相比,腹腔镜胆囊切除术不仅获得了显著的手术效果,同时改善患者手术与术后恢复的相关情况,避免了各种并发症对患者造成的影响,可以将其作为一种理想的手术方式。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparotomy in the surgical treatment of gallstones.Methods:In experimental study including 50 cases of gallstones treated in our hospital patients,the hospital time range is between April 2019 and April 2020,according to different operation methods of the divided into laparoscopic group treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open group treated with open operation,were 25 cases of patients in each group.Results:The operative effect of laparoscopic group was significantly better than that of open group,P<0.05.Statistical analysis of the operation and postoperative recovery of the two groups showed that there was a significant difference between the laparoscopic group and the open group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that in open group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the process of implementing the operative treatment of patients with gallstones,laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open operation all belong to the clinical application of more surgery way,among them,not only won the laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery effect significantly,at the same time improve the surgery and postoperative recovery of patients with relevant information,to avoid the impact of all kinds of complications of patients,it can be as a kind of ideal operation method.
