摘要
目的:以单牙缺失患者作为研究对象,评价患者应用口内扫描仪与3D打印技术联合种植修复的效果。方法:将42例自2018年5月~2019年7月进行种植修复治疗的单牙缺失患者分成两组,对照组(n=21)患者应用传统硅橡胶印模修复方式,观察组(n=21)患者应用口内扫描仪与3D打印技术联合种植修复方式,对比两组修复效果、取模时不良反应以及取模时间、试戴修复体时间。结果:观察组颜色匹配、表面质地以及外形均优于对照组,修复效果组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组取模时不良反应发生率较对照组低,组间对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组取模用时及试戴修复体用时均较对照组短,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:与传统硅橡胶印模修复相比,口内扫描与3D打印技术精度更高,在单牙缺失中的种植修复效果理想,可保证修复体质量,同时还能够减轻患者不适感并缩短患者的修复治疗时间,有助于提高其满意度。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of combined implant restoration with intraoral scanner and 3D printing technology in patients with single tooth loss as the research object.Methods:42 patients with single tooth loss who underwent implant restoration treatment from May 2018 to July 2019 were divided into two groups.Patients in the reference group(n=21)used traditional silicone rubber impression repair methods,and the observation group(n=21)were treated with intraoral scanner and 3D printing technology combined with implant restoration.The restoration effects,adverse reactions during impression taking,time for impression taking,and time for trying-in the restoration were compared between the two groups.Results:The repair effects of color matching,surface texture and shape in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and there was significant difference in repair effects(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).The time used to take the model and try on the restoration in the observation group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional silicone rubber impression restorations,the accuracy of intraoral scanning and 3D printing technology is higher,and the effect of implant restoration in single tooth loss is ideal,which can ensure the quality of the restoration,and at the same time can reduce the patient’s discomfort and shorten the patient’s restoration treatment time helps to increase their satisfaction.
