两种保湿方法对不锈钢器械清洗质量和锈蚀率的影响探究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过蛋白残留定量检测法评价器械的清洗质量和奥氏体蓝点法评价不锈钢的锈蚀率,探究两种不同的保湿方法对长间隔(8h)手术器械的清洗质量和锈蚀率的影响,为长间隔(8h)手术器械的保湿预处理提供方法依据。方法:随机选取2019年11月~2020年1月在手术室的累计210件夜间手术使用后的手术器械,随机分为对照组、观察组A和观察组B共3组,对照组测试50件器械,观察组A和观察组B分别检测80件器械,对照组器械不进行保湿处理;观察组A参照采用酶液浸泡法浸泡10min;观察组B采用专用保湿剂,对托盘内器械喷洒6次;每组器械间隔8h后送至消毒供应中心同一台全自动清洗消毒器内进行机械清洗,随后对器械进行清洗质量监测,之后对器械关节进行不锈钢锈蚀程度蓝点检测,对测试结果进行记录分析。结果:采用酶液浸泡法的观察组器械的清洗合格率为90%,锈蚀率为10%;采用保湿剂处理的观察组器械的清洗合格率97.5%,锈蚀率为1.25%,两组清洗效果合格率数据P>0.05,差异没有显著统计学意义,金属腐蚀程度差异P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:实验结果表明使用保湿剂对长间隔时间处理器械具有更佳的防腐蚀效果。 Objective:The cleaning quality of the instruments was evaluated by quantitative protein residue detection method and the rust rate of stainless steel was evaluated by austenitic blue dot method,and the influence of two different moisturizing methods on the cleaning quality and rust rate of long interval(8hours)surgical instruments was explored,so as to provide a method basis for the moisturizing pretreatment of long interval(8hours)surgical instruments.Methods:A total of 210 surgical instruments used in night surgery from November 2019 to January 2020 were randomly selected in the operating room and randomly divided into a control group,experimental group A and experimental group B,a total of 3 groups.The control group tests 50 instruments,and experimental group A and experimental group B group would test 80 instruments each.The equipment in the control group is not moisturized;the experimental group A refers to the enzyme solute on soaking method for 10minutes;the experimental group B uses a special moisturizer to spray the instruments in the tray 6 times;each group of instruments is sent to the disinfection supply center after 8hours Perform mechanical cleaning in the same automatic cleaning and disinfecting device,and record and analyze the test results.Results:The qualified rate of cleaning and corrosion of the apparatus in the experimental group was 90%and 10%respectively.In the experimental group,97.5%of the equipment were cleaned and the corrosion rate was 1.25%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in the qualified rate of cleaning effect.But in the degree of metal corrosion between the two groups,the results revealed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The moisturizer has better moisturizing effect on long-time treatment equipment and the performance of inhibiting corrosion of stainless steel surface.
