超声弹性成像、彩色多普勒超声应用于诊断乳腺癌的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Ultrasound Elastography and Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

目的:在乳腺癌诊断中应用超声弹性成像、彩色多普勒超声,并分析其诊断价值。方法:选取2018年9月~2019年9月在本院治疗的86例疑似乳腺癌患者。所有患者均应用彩色多普勒超声、超声弹性成像检查,对比两者的诊断结果。结果:本组86例患者,经术后病理学确诊恶性64例,良性22例。超声弹性成像诊断灵敏度为95.31%,特异度为90.91%,准确度为94.19%,明显高于彩色多普勒超声诊断的73.44%、63.64%、70.93%(P<0.05);且超声弹性成像对≤45岁患者的诊断准确率明显高于彩色多普勒超声(P<0.05)。结论:与彩色多普勒超声相比,超声弹性成像诊断乳腺癌的效能更高,尤其是在≤45岁患者诊断中更具优势。

Objective:To apply ultrasound elastography and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer,and analyze their diagnostic value.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2019,86 suspected breast cancer patients treated in our hospital were selected.All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasound elastography,and the diagnostic results were compared.Results:Of the 86 patients,64 were diagnosed as malignant and 22 as benign.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasound elastography were 95.31%,90.91%and 94.19%,which were significantly higher than those of color Doppler ultrasonography(73.44%,63.64%and 70.93%,P<0.05).In addition,the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound elastography in patients≤45 was significantly higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with color Doppler ultrasound,ultrasound elastography is more effective in the diagnosis of breast cancer,especially in patients≤45 years old.
