精细化管理在加强高值耗材管控中的重要性与价值的探讨

Discussion on the Importance and Value of Fine Management in Strengthening the Management and Control of High Value Consumables

目的:探究精细化管理在加强高值耗材管控中的重要性与价值。方法:医院于2020年2月开展高值耗材的精细化管理工作,2019年2月~2020年1月为精细化工作开展之前,2020年2月~2021年1月为工作开展之后。比较这两年之间高值耗材实物盘点耗时,工作人员的自我满意度以及不良事件的发生。结果:在这两年的研究期间,对高值耗材实物盘点耗时,工作人员的自我满意度以及不良事件的发生情况进行对比,发现实施精细化管理后实物盘点耗时显著低于实施前的高值耗材实物盘点耗时,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在实施精细化管理后工作人员的满意度要显著优于实施精细化管理之前的满意度,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在实施精细化管理后不良事件发生情况显著优于未实施精细化管理之前的不良事件发生情况,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高值耗材进行精细化管理能够保证器材的规范使用,避免耗材不必要的浪费,降低不良事件的发生。

Objective:To explore the importance and value of fine management in strengthening the control of high-value consumables.Methods:The hospital carried out the fine management of high-value consumables in February 2020.The period from February 2019 to January 2020 is before the refinement work is carried out,and the period from February 2020 to January 2021 is after the work is carried out.The physical inventory time of high-value consumables,staff self satisfaction and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two years.Results:During the two-year study period,the physical inventory time of high-value consumables,the self satisfaction of staff and the occurrence of adverse events were compared.It was found that the physical inventory time after the implementation of fine management was significantly lower than that before the implementation of high-value consumables(P<0.05);The satisfaction of staff after the implementation of fine management was significantly better than that before the implementation of fine management,and had statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events after fine management was significantly better than that before fine management(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine management of high-value consumables can ensure the standardized use of equipment,avoid unnecessary waste of consumables and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
