仝小林院士“心系”疾病辨治要诀

Academician Tong Xiaolin’s key to the differentiation and treatment of heart system diseases

仝小林院士将中医传统藏象理论,结合长期临床实践,创新辨证理论,建立以四焦(顶焦、上焦、中焦、下焦)八系(神、髓,肺、心,脾胃、肝胆,溲、衍)为核心的辨治体系,系统诠释机体生理、病理到临床诊疗的动态演变。文章着重对"四焦八系"中上焦"心系"的生理、病理特征、临床辨证纲领进行论述,以高血压、冠心病、心律失常、风湿性心脏病为例总结仝小林院士特殊见解或独特治法,强调"畅"法在心系疾病诊疗中的核心作用。

By combining the traditional visceral manifestation theory of Chinese medicine with his own long-term clinical practice,Academician Tong Xiaolin innovates the syndrome differentiation theory and establishes a syndrome differentiation and treatment system with sijiao (top jiao,upper jiao,middle jiao and lower jiao) and eight systems (spirit,marrow,lung,heart,spleen and stomach,liver and gallbladder,kidney,reproduction) as the core,so as to systematically expound the dynamic evolution of body physiology,pathology and clinical diagnosis and treatment.Focusing on the physiological and pathological characteristics and clinical syndrome differentiation programs of the “heart system” of the middle or upper Jiao in the “sijiao and eight systems”,this paper summarizes Academician Tong Xiaolin’s unique insights or treatment methods by taking hypertension,coronary heart disease,arrhythmia and rheumatic heart disease as examples,and emphasizes the core role of unblocking method in the diagnosis and treatment of heart system diseases.
