摘要
文章介绍了生产汽车大梁钢时,通过取样分析LF精炼炉冶炼过程不同阶段钢中全氧含量的研究。研究了CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MgO-CaF_(2)五元渣系下组分的不同、钢中铝含量、钢中[Ca]/[Al]、软吹时间对钢中全氧含量的影响,结合生产实际,优化渣系中[CaO]/[Al_(2)O_(3)]比值在1.5~2.0,钢中铝含量为0.020%~0.030%,钢中[Ca]/[Al]比值≥0.1,软吹时间控制在14~20min,精炼冶炼结束钢中全氧含量≤25×10^(-6)。
This paper introduces the research on the total oxygen content in steel at different stages of LF refining process by sampling and analyzing when producing automobile girder steel, and studied the CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MgO-CaF_(2) slags of components under different, steel aluminum content, [Ca]/[Al]in steel, soft blowing time effect on the total oxygen content in steel, combined with the actual production, optimization of slag ratio of [CaO]/[Al_(2)O_(3)]in 1.5~2.0, steel aluminum content is 0.020%~0.030%,[Ca]/[Al]in steel ratio of 0.1 or higher, soft blowing time control in 14~20 min, the total oxygen content in the steel after refining is no more than 25×10^(-6).
