摘要
文章介绍了针对中频炉熔炼钢板镀锌用锌铝合金生产过程中存在漏炉、铝元素偏析等问题的分析研究,进行了熔炼工艺优化试验。试验成果应用到产品生产中,效果良好,达到了镀锌厂锌层的技术质量要求。
This article introduces the analysis and research on the problems of furnace leakage and aluminum segregation in the production of zinc-aluminum alloy used for steel plate galvanizing in the intermediate frequency furnace, and carries out the optimization test of smelting process. The test results have been applied to the product production, and the effect is good, which meets the technical quality requirements of zinc coating in galvanizing plant.
