摘要
文章介绍了八钢第二炼钢厂对标国内先进钢铁厂,为了提升炼钢转炉吹炼效率,对120t转炉原氧枪喷头的马赫数、喉口、夹角进行的优化。氧枪优化后提升了供氧强度,吹氧时间缩短50~60秒;同时溅渣效果、冶炼枪位、终渣TFe、氧耗等综合指标均有明显改善。
This paper introduces the second steelmaking plant of Bayi Steel benchmarking with domestic advanced steel plants, in order to improve the blowing efficiency of steel-making converter, the Mach number, throat and included angle of raw oxygen lance nozzle of 120 t converter are optimized, the oxygen supply intensity is improved, and the oxygen blowing time is shortened by 50 ~ 60 seconds.At the same time, other comprehensive indexes such as slag splashing effect, smelting lance position, TFe of final slag and oxygen consumption were improved obviously.
