This paper introduces the recovery and utilization of low-grade waste heat resources of rolling reheating furnace in Bayi Steel.All steam produced in the heating season is used for heating the living area, and the power generated by the steam turbine generator unit in the non heating season is used for regional production.When troubleshooting occurs, it can operate according to the original flue gas treatment system, which ensures the normal operation of the production system and effectively improves the heat utilization rate.
