新时代加强劳动教育是教育本质的回归,劳动观是大学生劳动教育的核心内容,劳动观教育对塑造全面发展的新时代大学生、提高高校思想政治教育的育人成效有着重要的意义。由于受多元价值观的冲击、各教育主体的不重视以及劳动形态的复杂多变,大学生群体中出现劳动意识薄弱、劳动态度消极及劳动目标功利化的现象。为培育新时代大学生的劳动观念,要不断创新劳动教育理念,充分发挥高校、社会及家庭三者协同育人的作用,为社会主义现代化建设培育劳动新人。

Strengthening labor education in the new era is the return of the essence of education. The labor view is the core content of college students’ labor education. It is of great significance to shape college students with comprehensive development and improve the educational effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era. In recent years, due to the impact of multiple values, the neglect of the main body of education and the complexity and variety of labor forms, the phenomenon of weak labor consciousness, negative attitude and utilitarian labor goals has appeared in college students. In order to cultivate the labor viewof college students in the new era, we should constantly innovate the concept of labor education, give full play to the role of the cooperative education of colleges,society and families, and cultivate new workers for the socialist modernization.
