新工科视域下人工智能专业职教师范生培养路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 我国职业院校人工智能教育已进入快速发展期,对人工智能职教师资需求数量不断增加,通过高等职业技术师范院校培养人工智能师资人才就成为解决职教师资不足的一条重要途径。文章针对人工智能专业职教师资培养现状和存在问题进行分析,提出人工智能职教师范生培养总体思路和框架,围绕交叉共融课程体系构建、教学模式与内容优化、产教融合协同育人、复合型师资队伍建设等四个主线环节,通过改进教育方式和育人模式以期培养出具备良好专业理论和工程实践素养、掌握较强教育技能的"双师型"教师,更好地助力未来职业教育发展。 At present, artificial intelligence education in vocational colleges has entered a period of rapid development, and the demand for artificial intelligence vocational teachers is increasing. Cultivating artificial intelligence teachers through higher vocational and technical teachers collegehas become a significant approach to solve the shortage of vocational teachers. This paper analyzes the situation and problems of the training of vocational teachers who are majoring in artificial intelligence, and puts forward new ideas and a framework for vocational teacher’s cultivation. Four main units are seriously considered, including the construction of cross inclusive curriculum system, the optimization of teaching mode and content, the collaborative education of industry education integration, and the construction of compound teachers. Through the improvement of education approaches, the "double qualified" vocational teachers, who have good professional theory and strong educational skills, will be cultivated.
