摘要 信息素养是教育信息化2.0时代高职院校教师必备的综合能力,教师信息素养水平直接影响教育教学和人才培养质量。高职院校教师信息素养提升存在着顶层设计不足、教育培训不深、资源配置不均、认知程度不够、水平参差不齐、行业脱节严重等问题,面对新形势,通过重构高职院校教师信息素养内容指标和结构模型,进一步审视高职院校教师信息素养提升现状,从价值、实践、创新三重维度开展研究与探索,形成教师信息素养提升的新路径、新方法、新模式,为高职院校教师信息素养提升提供借鉴与参考。 Information literacy is a necessary comprehensive ability for teachers in higher vocational colleges in the era of educational informatization 2.0. The level of teachers’ information literacy directly affects the quality of education, teaching and talent training. At present,there are some problems in the improvement of teachers’ information literacy in higher vocational colleges, such as insufficient top-level design, insufficient education and training, uneven resource allocation, insufficient cognition, uneven level, serious industry disconnection and so on. In the face of the new situation, by reconstructing the content indicators and structural model of teachers’ information literacy in higher vocational colleges, further examine the current situation of improving teachers’ information literacy in higher vocational colleges,carry out research and exploration from the three dimensions of value, practice and innovation, and form a new path, new method and new model for improving teachers’ information literacy, It provides reference for the improvement of teachers’ information literacy in higher vocational colleges.
