新时期中医药创新创业人才培养模式探究

Exploration on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the New Era

创新创业教育是我国新时代人才发展战略,文章分析了目前我国大学生创新创业现状及中医院校学生创新创业面临的问题。根据现实情况,阐述了中医院校创新创业教育在新时期人才培养的模式转变:第一要创新传统双创人才培养模式(包括科教结合、临床带教综合模式和人工智能联合医案教学),第二要开展“互联网+”人才培养模式,旨在深化中医药教育改革,加强学科渗透,培养符合时代特征的、素质全面的中医药创新创业人才。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is China’s talent development strategy in the new era.This paper analyzes the current situation of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship in China and the problems faced by students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.According to the actual situation,the transformation of the mode of talent cultivation in the new era of traditional Chinese medicine education in colleges and universities is expounded.Firstly,we should innovate the traditional double training mode(including the combination of science and education,the comprehensive teaching mode of clinical teaching and the combination of medical cases with artificial intelligence).Secondly,we should develop the mode of“Internet+”,aiming at deepening the reform of Chinese medicine education and strengthening the infiltration of disciplines.We should cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents of traditional Chinese medicine with all-round qualities in line with the characteristics of the times.
