三位一体化实践教学模式在本科社区康复护理教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价“三位一体化”实践教学模式在中医院高校护理学本科社区康复护理课程教学应用的教学效果。方法采用“医院-社区-学校”三位一体化实践教学新模式,对教学效果进行质性和量性结合的评价方式。结果课程评价总分为(100.73±13.25)分,与整体教学效果满意度80%一致,其中对实践性教学场所、组织形式、考核方式的满意度分别为90.00%(27/30)、83.33%(25/30)和90.00%(27/30)。课程评价问卷4个维度得分中,个人领会维度的得分最高,得分前5名的条目排序中课程价值维度占3个条目,得分后5名的条目排序中,个人领会维度占3个条目。结论“三位一体化”实践教学模式在社区康复护理实际教学中取得了理想的效果,有助于构建“学校实训+社区实践+医院实习”紧密联合型护理实践教育模式,顺应新时代对社区康复护理人才培养的需求。 Objective To explore the application of“trinity”practical teaching mode in the teaching of“community rehabilitation nursing”in nursing undergraduate of universities of traditional Chinese medicine and evaluate its effect.Methods The“hospital-community-school”trinity of practical teaching was adopted.At the end of the course,the teaching effect was evaluated by the combination of quality and quantity.Results The total score of the course evaluation was(100.73±13.25),which was consistent with 80%of the satisfaction with the overall teaching effect.Among them,the satisfaction with the practical teaching place,organizational form and assessment method was 90.00%(27/30),83.33%(25/30)and 90.00%(27/30)respectively.Among the four dimensions scored in the curriculum evaluation questionnaire,the individual comprehension dimension scored the highest.In the ranking of the top five items,the course value dimension accounted for 3 items,while in the ranking of the bottom five items,the individual comprehension dimension accounted for 3 items.Conclusion The“trinity”practice teaching model of“community rehabilitation nursing”has achieved ideal results in the actual teaching,which is helpful to construct the“school training+community practice+hospital practice”close combination nursing practice education model,which is conducive to meet the needs of the new era for the training of community rehabilitation nursing personnel.
