Modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction in Treating Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer for 4 Proved Cases

复发性阿弗他溃疡是一种反复发作为特点的口腔黏膜病,与中医学中“口疮”“口糜”“口疳”类似。西医多采用局部对症治疗,全身治疗时有较高的复发率和较大的不良反应。中医临床治疗时,不可纯用清热之法;遵《金匮要略》“狐惑病”之论,以甘草泻心汤加减,寒温并用,守“清热除湿,扶正解毒”之法,治疗该病有较好的效果。

Recurrent aphthous ulcer is a recurrent oral mucosal disease,which is similar to“aphtha”,“oral chylosis”and“mouth chancre”in traditional Chinese medicine.In clinical treatment,the method of clearing away heat should not be used only.According to the theory of“huhuo disease”in Synopsis of Golden Chamber,modified Gancao Xiexin decoction was applied,combination of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy,and the method of“clearing heat and removing dampness,strengthening the body and detoxification”should be followed to treat the disease,and he effect is better.
