肝肾养护针刺法联合谷维素治疗缺血性脑卒中失眠的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Liver and Kidney Maintenance Acupuncture Combined with Oryzanol in Treatment of Insomnia after Ischemic Stroke

目的研究肝肾养护针刺法联合谷维素对缺血性脑卒中失眠症的疗效。方法选择2019年1月—2020年12月辽宁省金秋医院神内科收治的81例缺血性脑卒中失眠症患者,用抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组41例患者在睡前口服谷维素片30 mg,观察组40例患者在口服谷维素的基础上,联合使用肝肾养护针刺法。比较2组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和睡眠脑电图相关指标。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组PSQI评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组的各项PSQI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的SL、ASA、AT、A/TSA明显降低(P<0.05),TSA和SE明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组的睡眠脑电图相关指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝肾养护针刺法联合谷维素对缺血性脑卒中失眠症具有确切的疗效,不仅能提高睡眠质量,还有助于改善睡眠脑电图相关指标,值得应用推广。

Objective To study the effect of liver and kidney maintenance acupuncture combined with oryzanol on insomnia after ischemic stroke.Methods 81 cases of patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke who were treated in Liaoning Jinqiu Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given oryzanol tablets 30 mg before bedtime.The observation group was given liver and kidney maintenance acupuncture combined with oryzanol.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and sleep electroencephalogram were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SL,ASA,AT A/TSA of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),TSA and SE increased significantly(P<0.05),and the sleep EEG related indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liver and kidney nourishing acupuncture combined with oryzanol has a definite effect on insomnia of ischemic stroke.It can not only improve sleep quality,but also help to improve sleep EEG related indicators,which is worthy of application and promotion.
