蒸制和浸泡对四制益母草药效成分的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究蒸制和浸泡对四制益母草药效成分的影响。方法采用2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》中益母草水溶性浸出物、盐酸水苏碱和盐酸益母草碱测定方法检测不同炮制方法制备的四制益母草水溶性浸出物、盐酸水苏碱和盐酸益母草碱含量。结果浸泡的四制益母草水溶性浸出物增加;蒸制的四制益母草中盐酸水苏碱含量减少,盐酸益母草碱含量明显减少;浸泡的四制益母草中盐酸水苏碱和盐酸益母草碱含量均明显减少。结论蒸制和浸泡均会使四制益母草中盐酸水苏碱和盐酸益母草碱含量减少。 Objective To study the effects of steaming and soaking on the active ingredient of Sizhi Yimucao.Methods The water soluble extract,hydrochloric stachyine and hydrochloric leonurine of Sizhi Yimucao which were processed by different methods were detected according to the methods of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results The water soluble extract of Sizhi Yimucao which was soaked was increased.The content of hydrochloric stachyine of Sizhi Yimucao which was steamed was decreased and the hydrochloric leonurine was obviously decreased.The content of hydrochloric stachyine and hydrochloric leonurine of Sizhi Yimucao which was soaked were obviously decreased.Conclusion The content of hydrochloric stachyine and hydrochloric leonurine of Sizhi Yimucao which was steamed and soaked was decreased.
