摘要
为研究聚氨酯改性沥青的改性技术以及聚氨酯改性剂与基质沥青的相容性,对3种基质沥青进行改性,并在不同的试验条件下,研究聚氨酯改性沥青的改性技术,即在不同的聚氨酯改性剂掺量下,研究其在基质沥青中的分散稳定性。结果表明,聚氨酯改性沥青的制备宜在130℃温度下、1 500 rpm剪切速率下剪切1. 5 h;聚氨酯改性剂的掺量以6%为宜,其与SK90#基质沥青的相容性相对较好。
In order to study the modification technology of polyurethane modified asphalt and the compatibility of polyurethane modifier with matrix asphalt,three kinds of neat asphalt were modified.The modified technology of polyurethane modified asphalt was studied by different experimental conditions,and the effect of polyurethane content on its dispersion stability in the neat asphalt was studied as well.The results show that the suitable preparation of polyurethane modified asphalt should be sheared at a temperature of 130℃and shear rate of 1500 rpm for 1.5 h.The amount of the polyurethane modifier is preferably 6%,and the compatibility with the SK90#matrix asphalt is relatively well.
