高职院校产教融合机制探索与实践

以产教融合运行机制建设为出发点,根据重庆公共运输职业学院近十年的办学经验,对产教融合的多主体育人机制、人才培养实施路径以及保障机制等方面进行剖析。本文区别于传统研究的理论构建,注重产教融合关键问题的解决,以及运行机制的落地实施。

Taking the construction of the operation mechanism of industry education integration as the starting point,Based on the construction of the operation mechanism of industry education integration,and according to the school running experience of Chongqing public transport vocational college in recent ten years,this paper analyzes the multi main sports person mechanism,talent training implementation path and guarantee mechanism of industry education integration.Different from the theoretical construction of traditional research,this paper focuses on the solution of key problems of industry education integration and the implementation of operation mechanism.
