“互联网+”思维下大学生就业维权意识与机制建设的研究

Research on College Students'Awareness of Safeguarding Employment Rights and Mechanism Construction under the"Internet+"Thinking

随着经济的不断发展,网络技术的不断突破,“互联网+”思维应用领域的不断拓宽。本文以“互联网+”思维下维权方式为主线,以研究大学生群体的就业维权意识与机制建设为对象,以研究提高大学生就业维权意识和大学生就业维权途径为主要目标,通过实践调研、查阅资料、访谈记录等方式,了解总结关于大学生就业维权的一系列问题,并予以对策。以“互联网+”思维特征以及模式为出发点,研究构建一个事前防范、事中帮助、事后追踪的大学生就业维权机制。如此,既能减少大学生就业维权意识低的现象,进一步增强大学生自我维权意识,又能够帮助大学生勇敢面对当下严峻的就业形势,更能为研究大学生就业维权提供新思路,开拓新视野。

With the continuous development of economy,the continuous breakthrough of network technology,the application field of"Internet+"thinking continues to broaden.Based on rights under the way of thinking of"Internet+as the main line,to study college students employment consciousness and mechanism construction as the object,to research to enhance the consciousness of university students'employment and ways of university students'employment rights protection as the main target,through practice survey,interview,data access,understanding summarizes a series of problems about university students'employment rights protection,and gives countermeasures.Starting from the characteristics and mode of"Internet+"thinking,this paper studies and constructs a mechanism for protecting the employment rights of college students by preventing in advance,helping in the event and tracking afterwards.In this way,it can not only reduce the phenomenon of low awareness of employment and rights protection of college students,further enhance the awareness of self-protection of college students,but also help college students brave to face the current severe employment situation,but also provide new ideas for the study of employment and rights protection of college students,open up new horizons.
