摘要
从购物中心到商业综合体,人们消费方法的改变,正在迫使商业模式变革。经营者的商业经营重点也已经从品牌抢夺到人气比拼,商业承担的不仅仅是人们日常的购物需求,更是休闲生活的重要载体。随着"三孩"时代的来临,以及孩子家庭地位的提升,商业综合体中的儿童公共空间更是商业体的吸金石,更多的商家愿意空出大片区域做儿童公共体验空间。试图以儿童视角找寻现在商业公共空间的问题,结合儿童心理需求,提出商业综合体中儿童公共空间商业模块所需的设计策略,提出从"1维到4维"的设计原则,并从尺度、色彩、交互等方面给出意见。
From shopping centers to commercial complexes,the change of people’s consumption methods is forcing the change of business model. The business focus of operators has also changed from brand competition to popularity competition. Business undertakes not only people’s daily shopping needs,but also an important carrier of leisure life. With the advent of the“three children”era and the improvement of children’s family status,the children’s public space in the commercial complex is the golden stone of the commercial body. More businesses are willing to vacate a large area for children’s public experience space.This study attempts to find the problems of commercial public space from the perspective of children,combined with the needs of children,put forward the design strategies required for the commercial module of children’s public space in the commercial complex,put forward the design principles from “1-dimensional to 4-dimensional ”,and give opinions from the aspects of scale,color and interaction.
