随着社会经济发展,越来越多造型独特的商业建筑在城市中出现,如何满足建筑效果、保证结构安全以及控制开发成本间平衡成为越来越多商业项目开发过程中需要重点考量的问题。以某复杂商业项目连体区域结构方案比选与设计角度出发,论述了两种不同结构方案的弹性整体分析、弹塑性分析、关键区域构件分析、建筑效果简析及方案造价分析,试图为工程师及开发商设计管理人员提供一定的思考与借鉴。

With the development of social economy, more and more commercial buildings with unique shapes appear in cities. How to balance between satisfying the architectural effect, ensuring the structural safety and controlling the development cost has become an important issue for more and more commercial project development. From the perspective of the design and scheme chosen of a complex commercial project, this paper discusses the elastic analysis, the whole elastoplastic analysis, the critical area component analysis, construction cost effect analysis of two different structure scheme, trying to provide some advises and thinking for the engineers.
