摘要 行人与非机动车交通是城市交通模式的重要构成,也是实现城市交通绿色化与低碳化的重要途径,与出行品质关系密切。以往的实践已经在行人与非机动车交通的通行环境设计上取得一定的成效,但两者混行的模式仍存在显著的安全与效率问题。为此,在确立行人与非机动车交通特性的基础上,提出兼顾客观与主观指标的行人与非机动车分离通道水平评价指标,并面向路段与交叉口两类道路结构,构筑行人与自行车过街通道分离的方法。这对改善慢行交通的安全与效率、提升慢行交通的吸引力与品质有重要的实践价值。 Pedestrians and bicycles are the important components of urban traffic mode and an important way for the realization of green and low-carbon urban transport, which is closely related to travel quality. Though the existing practice has made significant progress in the operation environment for pedestrians and bicycles, great problem is observed from the shared ways for them in such aspects as traffic efficiency and safety. To this end, the research analyzed their distinct characteristics, on base of which objective and subjective indexes for their separate ways are proposed. Moreover, oriented to the two types of road structure of road link and intersection, separate ways are established for pedestrians and bicycles. That is of important practical value to improve the safety and efficiency of non-motorized traffic, as well as to enhance its attraction and quality.
