基于熵权TOPSIS模型的区域创新共同体建设绩效评价及障碍因子诊断——以安徽省为例 被引量:1

摘要 在构建区域创新共同体建设绩效评价指标体系基础上,基于安徽省2001-2019年相关数据,运用熵权TOPSIS方法和障碍度模型,对安徽省创新共同体建设绩效情况进行评价及障碍因子分析。结果显示:2001-2019年安徽省创新共同体建设绩效水平实现了稳步提升,但提升速度呈逐年下降态势;5个子系统绩效水平总体呈逐年提升态势,但变化趋势存在一定差异。各指标障碍度及其排名随时序变化较大,且主要障碍因子开始逐步集中在创新环境子系统。该研究成果对安徽省等省市提升区域创新共同体建设水平提供参考。 The construction performance of regional innovation community for Anhui Province was evaluated in this paper by using the entropy and TOPSIS method and obstacle degree model utilizing the related data from 2001 to 2019,on the basis of performance evaluation index system of regional innovation community construction.The results showed that there was a steadily increase for the construction performance level of regional innovation community for Anhui Province from 2001 to 2019,but the pace of improvement slowed markedly year by year.In addition,the overall performance level of the five subsystems showed a trend of increase,but there are differences among them.The obstacle degree of each index and their ranking order changed significantly,and main obstacle factors began to focus on the performance subsystem of innovation environment construction gradually.The results provided a useful reference for Anhui Province and other provinces to improve the construction performance level of regional innovation community.
