中国体育话语权缺失与提升——基于平昌冬奥会视角

The Lack and Promotion of China's Sports Discourse Power:from the Perspective of Pingchang Winter Olympic Games

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以平昌冬奥会判罚争议为突破口,对我国体育话语权问题进行剖析与解读。研究表明,我国体育话语权缺失主要体现在以下方面:话语者人数少,话语分量不足;话语平台不足,话语载体单一;话语实效性差,利益与权力失衡。因此,提出以2022年北京冬奥会为契机的体育话语权提升路径:提高中国体育文化自信;推进学校体育发展,增强话语权基础;扩大群众体育参与度,提升体育话语质量;加快体育社会组织实体化改革,培养国际体育组织高层人才。

This paper analyzes and interprets the problem of China's sports discourse by using the methods of literature and materials,and take the judgment dispute of Pingchang Winter Olympic Games as a breakthrough.The research shows that the lack of sports discourse power in China is mainly reflected in the following aspelts:the number of speakers is small and the discourse weight is insufficient;lack of discourse platform and single discourse carrier;the effectiveness of discourse is poor,and the right and power are unbalanced.Therefore,this paper puts forward the promotion path of sports discourse right taking the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games as an opportunity:improve the self-confidence of Chinese sports culture;Promotes the development of school physical education and enhance the basis of discourse power;expand mass sports participation and improve the quality of sports discourse;accelerate the substantive reform of sports social organizations and train high-level talents of international sports organizations.
