“三审制”视域下提高高职学报稿件复审质量的思考

Reflections on Improving the Review Quality of Manuscripts in Higher Vocational Journals from the Perspective of“Three-Examination System”

高职学报在录用稿件前应履行初审、复审和终审三道程序,其中复审环节一般采用同行专家评议模式,由专家对稿件的学术质量进行把关。但是实践中部分审稿专家对稿件的价值判断不够准确,审稿意见撰写不够严谨,评判尺度不够统一,直接影响学报用稿质量。学报编辑部要重视对复审专家的遴选,开展适当的培训,建立动态调整机制,切实提高稿件复审质量,从而有效提升学报办刊水平。

Higher vocational journals should perform three procedures before accepting each manuscript:preliminary review,review and final review.The review process generally adopts the peer expert review mode,and experts check the academic quality of manuscripts.But in practice,some experts are not accurate enough to judge the value of the manuscript,their opinions are not rigorous enough,and the evaluation scale is not unified enough,which directly affects the quality of manuscripts used for the journal.The editorial department of journals should pay attention to the selection of review experts,carry out appropriate training,establish dynamic adjustment mechanism,improve the quality of manuscript review,so as to effectively improve the level of journals.
