摘要
劳动教育是落实素质教育的重要抓手,也是促进学生全面发展的重要途径。作为劳动教育的重要载体,劳动教育课程是实现劳动教育从异化到回归、从祛魅到超越、从坚守到创新的重要途径。明晰劳动教育课程构建理念是开展教育对话的前提,其理念具体表现为以整体主义为灵魂的劳动教育课程全局观、以实践导向为准则的劳动教育课程本质观和以自主创新为追求的劳动教育课程价值观。依据劳动教育课程构建理念,劳动教育课程构建策略具体表现为:由各自孤立走向动态联系的课程要素生成、由形态单一走向形态多元的课程结构共生、由生活匮乏走向回归生活的动态课程实施、由学用脱离走向学以致用的课程实践转化。
Labor education is an important starting point for implementing quality education and an important way to promote the all-round development of students.As an important carrier of labor education,labor education courses are an important way to realize labor education from alienation to regression,from disenchantment to re-enchantment,and from persistence to innovation.Clarifying the concept of labor education curriculum construction is the prerequisite for educational dialogue.The concept is specifically expressed as the overall view of labor education curriculum with holism as the soul,the concept of the essence of labor education curriculum with practice orientation as the criterion,and the value of labor education curriculum with the pursuit of independent innovation.According to the concept of labor education curriculum construction,the construction strategy of labor education curriculum is specifically manifested as the generation of curriculum elements from individual isolation to dynamic connection,the symbiosis of curriculum structure from single form to multiple forms,the implementation of dynamic curriculum from life scarcity to return to life,and the conversion of curriculum practice from the separation of learning from use to the application of learning.
