创业失败成本对创业失败学习的影响研究——基于心理资本的区间调节效应

The Impact of Entrepreneurial Failure Costs on Entrepreneurial Failure Learning—Based on the Range-moderating Effects of Psychological Capital

引入心理资本变量,从创业失败成本的角度研究连续创业者创业失败后的学习机制,以探索失败成本到失败学习的发展路径。基于此,收集321个有效调查样本,并运用Hayes开发的Process模型程序对研究假设进行检验。研究发现:对有过创业失败经历的连续创业者而言,创业失败成本正向影响创业失败学习,即在创业失败情境下,创业者所遇到的财务成本、社会成本等会引起创业者的反思修正行为,从而激发起创业失败学习。同时,创业失败成本影响失败学习的过程会受到心理资本的约束与调节。具体而言,不同水平的心理资本对失败成本和失败学习的关系起到不同的调节效应:低水平的心理资本起负向调节效应,高水平心理资本起正向调节效应,而中水平心理资本对两者没有调节作用。

This article introduces psychological capital variables to study the learning mechanism of serial entrepreneurs after entrepreneurial failure from the perspective of entrepreneurial failure cost,for exploring the development path from failure cost to failure learning.Based on this,this article collects 321 valid survey samples,and uses the Process model program developed by Hayes to test the research hypothesis.According to the results of the study,for serial entrepreneurs who have had entrepreneurial failure experience,the entrepreneurial failure cost positively affected the entrepreneurial failure learning,that is,in the entrepreneurial failure situation,the financial cost and social cost encountered by the entrepreneurs would lead to the reflection and correction behaviors,thus stimulating entrepreneurial failures learning.At the same time,the process of entrepreneurial failure cost affecting failure learning would be constrained and regulated by the psychological capital.In particular,different levels of psychological capital have different moderating effects on the relationship between failure cost and failure learning:low-level psychological capital has a negative regulatory effect,and high-level psychological capital has a positive effect,while the moderate level of psychological capital has no regulatory role.
