野山杏果肉不溶性膳食纤维对高脂血症大鼠肠道菌群及短链脂肪酸的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Insoluble Dietary Fiber from Wild Apricot Flesh on Intestinal Flora and Short Chain Fatty Acids in Hyperlipidemic Rats

摘要 文章研究野山杏果肉不溶性膳食纤维(Insoluble dietary fiber from wild apricot,IDFWA)对高脂血症大鼠肠道菌群及短链脂肪酸(Short chain fatty acids,SCFAs)的影响。以SD大鼠为实验对象,建立高脂血症模型,血脂康(阳性对照)和低、中、高剂量(0.02、0.04、0.08 g/mL,10 mL/kg)IDFWA连续灌胃40 d,测定高脂血症大鼠血脂水平和肠道菌群数量,并采用GC-MS测定粪便中SCFAs的含量。结果显示:IDFWA能降低肝脏系数、TC、TG以及LDL-C水平(P<0.01),升高HDL-C水平(P<0.05);IDFWA能抑制肠道大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的生长(P<0.01),促进乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的生长(P<0.01);IDFWA能使肠道代谢物中乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、戊酸、异丁酸、异戊酸含量增加。IDFWA能显著改善和调节实验大鼠的血脂,该作用与IDFWA调节肠道菌群和影响肠道代谢物中SCFAs的含量有关。 The objective of the present study was to explore the effects of insoluble dietary fiber from wild apricot (IDFWA) on intestinal flora and short chain fatty acids (SCFA) in hyperlipidemic rats.Sprague-Dawley rats were used as experimental subjects,and the hyperlipidemic models were established and treated with Xuezhikang (Positive control) and low,medium,high doses of IDFWA for 40 days.Serum lipid levels,intestinal flora,and fecal SCFA were measured.The results showed that IDFWA significantly reduced liver coefficient and decreased levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,while increasing levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.And IDFWA dramatically inhibited the growth of intestinal Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,while promoting the growth of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium.Meanwhile,IDFWA significantly increased the contents of acetic,propionic,butyric,valeric,isobutyric and isovaleric acids in intestinal metabolites.These findings suggest that IDFWA can significantly improve and regulate the levels of blood lipids in experimental rats,which are related to the role of IDFWA in regulating intestinal flora and affecting the contents of SCFAs in intestinal metabolites.
