摘要
卵巢低反应是辅助生殖领域的难点问题之一,黄体生成素是人体分泌的一种促性腺激素,在卵泡发育过程中发挥重要作用。有研究者提出可补充外源性黄体生成素以改善卵巢低反应人群的预后,但其临床作用也一直备受争议。本文对外源性黄体生成素在控制性促排卵低预后患者中的应用进行综述。
Poor ovarian response is one of the difficult problems in the field of assisted reproduction.Luteinizing hormone is a gonadotropin secreted by the human body and plays an important role in the development of follicles.Some researchers have proposed that exogenous luteinizing hormone can be supplemented to improve the prognosis of people with low ovarian response,but its clinical role has been controversial.This article reviews the application of exogenous luteinizing hormone in patients with low prognosis during ovarian stimulation.
