间苯三酚不同给药方案在人工周期冻融胚胎移植患者中的应用效果

Effect of phloroglucinol with different administration regimens in artificial cycle frozen-thawed embryo transfer patients

目的分析间苯三酚不同给药方案对人工周期冻融胚胎移植(FET)患者子宫内膜负向蠕动波及子宫螺旋动脉血流的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年10月于青岛市市立医院生殖医学科行FET的274例患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组､观察组A､观察组B,对照组不应用间苯三酚,观察组A和观察组B应用不同给药方案的间苯三酚,采用经阴道超声检测患者的子宫内膜蠕动波､子宫螺旋动脉血流动力学指数。结果观察组A､观察组B移植日负向波比例及频率低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组B负向波比例低于观察组A(P<0.05);观察组A､观察组B移植日子宫螺旋动脉阻力指数(RI)低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组B低于观察组A(P<0.05);观察组A和观察组B着床率及临床妊娠率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚可减少人工周期FET患者子宫内膜蠕动波,降低子宫螺旋动脉阻力,提高临床妊娠率,持续给药的效果更优。

Objective To analyze the effects of phloroglucinol with different administration regimens on negative peristalsis of endometrium and uterine spiral artery blood flow in patients with artificial cycle frozenthawed embryo transfer(FET).Methods A total of 274 patients who underwent FET in Department of Repro-ductive Medicine of Qingdao Municipal Hospital from March 2018 to October 2020 were selected as research subjects.According to the principle of random number,the subjects were divided into control group,observation group A and observation group B.The control group was not administered with phloroglucinol,and the observation group A and B were administered with phloroglucinol in different administration regimens.The peristaltic wave and hemodynamic index of uterine spiral arteries were measured by transvaginal ultrasonography.Transplant indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion and frequency of negative wave in observation group A and B were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of negative wave in observation group B was lower than that in observation group A(P<0.05).The resistance index(RI)value of uterine spiral artery in observation group A and B was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and that in observation group B was lower than that in observation group A(P<0.05).The implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the observation group A and observation group B were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Phloroglucinol can reduce the peristatic wave of endometrium and the resistance of uterine spiral artery,improve the clinical pregnancy rate of artificial cycle FET patients,and the effect of continuous administration is better.
