针刺八髎穴联合荷芪散治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床效果

Effect of acupuncture at Baliao point combined with Heqi powder on polycystic ovary syndrome

目的观察针刺八髎穴联合荷芪散在多囊卵巢综合征患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年11月达州市中西医结合医院收治的200例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用针灸疗法直刺八髎穴,观察组在对照组基础上联合荷芪散治疗。观察并比较两组的睾酮(T)､卵泡刺激素(FSH)以及黄体生成素(LH)水平,观察并比较两组的窦卵细胞数目､卵巢体积､子宫内膜厚度､宫颈黏液评分､月经状况､排卵率,以及血清内脂素和鸢尾素。结果治疗后,观察组血清T水平､窦卵细胞数目､卵巢体积､宫颈黏液评分､月经恢复时间显著低于对照组,LH和FSH水平､排卵率､月经恢复率及子宫内膜厚度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清内脂素及鸢尾素均降低,且观察组降幅更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺八髎穴联合荷芪散治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床应用效果良好,可抑制内脂素及鸢尾素表达,有效降低雄激素水平,改善患者卵巢及子宫状况,促进排卵及月经恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture at Baliao point combined with Heqi powder on polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 200 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected from Dazhou Integrated TCM&Western Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to November 2019.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion at Baliao point on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Heqi powder on the basis of the control group.The levels of testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH),the number of sinus oocytes,ovarian volume,endometrial thickness,cervical mucus score,menstrual status,ovulation rate,serum lipin and irisin were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,serum T level,number of sinus oocytes,ovarian volume,cervical mucus score and menstrual recovery time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while LH and FSH levels,ovulation rate,menstrual recovery rate and endometrial thickness were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum lipins and irisin in both groups were decreased,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical application of acupuncture at Baliao point combined with Heqi powder in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome has a good effect,which can inhibit the expression of endolipid and irisin,effectively reduce androgen level,improve the ovarian and uterine conditions of patients,and promote ovulation and menstrual recovery.
