双钻模型思维下的社区医废处理服务设计实践

THE DESIGN PRACTICE OF COMMUNITY MEDICAL WASTE TREATMENT SERVICE UNDER THE THINKING OF DOUBLE-DRILL MODEL

在后疫情与数字化时代下,研究小场景医疗环境医废处理的服务设计策略和具体方案。基于双钻模型发散收敛及迭代特性,连结社区居民协作设计和基于设计工具的专业设计展开创新实践。研究居民在居家、社区场景下医废产生和处置全流程,梳理关键痛点和机会点,提出后疫情时代小场景下关于医废处理的服务系统框架。探索发现居民在非正式医疗场景下医废处置的关键接触点,提出后疫情时代小场景下医废处理的新服务系统框架,形成安全、透明、数字化、整合性强的小场景医废处理链,有利于更好地把握基层医废处理形式,提升用户生活和医疗过程中有关医废处理的参与感和体验感。

In the post-epidemic and digital era,to study the service design strategy and specific scheme of medical waste treatment in small scene medical environment.Based on the divergent convergence and iterative characteristics of the double-drill model,the collaborative design of community residents and professional design based on design tools were connected to carry out innovative practice.The whole process of medical waste generation and disposal in the home community scene was studied,the key pain points and opportunity points were sorted out,and the service system framework of medical waste disposal in the small scene in the post-epidemic era was proposed.The key contact points of medical waste disposal for residents in informal medical scenes were explored,and a new service system framework for medical waste disposal in small scenes in the post-epidemic era was proposed to form a safe,transparent and digital system The small scene medical waste disposal chain with strong integration is conducive to better grasp the treatment forms of medical waste at the grassroots level,and improve users’ sense of participation and experience in medical waste disposal in their life and medical process.
