基于场景理论的智能自助豆浆机设计策略研究 被引量:5

摘要 旨在设计场景适应性强、投放灵活性高的智能自助豆浆机,以转变豆浆饮用场景在人们心中的固有定式,为商用智能产品在移动公共场景下的设计提供参考。借助场景理论,通过聚类目前商用豆浆机的投放场景,分析公共场景的构成要素与特征。并结合人群饮用豆浆的行为需求,以商用豆浆机投放及用户使用等两个场景作为场景分析的原始材料。得出公共场景构成要素和智能自助豆浆机投放特点及其用户场景特征和行为需求。用户购买饮用豆浆行为过程中存在多场景转换的特征,归纳出公共场景下智能自助豆浆机四方面的设计原则,帮助提升其使用体验,同时扩展其投放场景以增加收益。 To design intelligent self-service soybean milk machine with strong adaptability and high flexibility in the scene,so as to change the fixed pattern in people’s mind of soybean milk drinking scene and provide reference for the design of commercial intelligent products in mobile public scene.With the help of scene theory,the components and characteristics of public scenes were analyzed by clustering the current commercial soybean milk machine release scenes.Combining with the behavioral needs of people drinking soybean milk,two scenes,such as commercial soybean milk machine release and user use,were used as the original materials for scene analysis.The public scene components and intelligent self-service soybean milk machine delivery characteristics and user scene characteristics and behavioral needs were obtained.Multiple scenes are transformed in the process of users’ purchasing behavior of drinking soybean milk.The four design principles of intelligent self-service soybean milk machine in public scenes are summarized to help improve their use experience and expand their release scenes to increase revenue.
