摘要
为了能及时准确地获取奶牛发情信息,提出一种切实可行的设计方案。通过KJ法获取当前市场上奶牛智能监测设备的潜在功能需求,建立产品功能需求清单;运用KANO模型归纳奶牛发情监测设备的功能需求指标,并确定各指标需求属性;结合层次分析法(AHP)计算各需求指标的权重,并进行重要度排序。从目标用户的原始需求出发,构建奶牛发情监测设备功能需求层次清单,结合层次分析法对用户需求指标进行定量分析,直观体现了目标用户对各功能的需求度,确保奶牛发情监测设备的设计能更好地满足用户。将KJ-KANO-AHP模型应用到奶牛发情监测设备中,有助于深度挖掘用户需求,解决用户痛点;有利于提升奶牛产奶量,优化牧场管理模式,使牧场效益最大化。
In order to obtain the estrus information of cows in time and accurately,a feasible design plan is proposed.KJ method can obtain the potential functional requirements of dairy cow intelligent monitoring equipment in the current market,and establish a product functional requirement list;KANO model can summarize the functional requirement indicators of dairy cow estrus monitoring equipment,and determine the demand attributes of each indicator;Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)calculation The weight of each demand index,and the importance of ranking.This research builds a hierarchical list of functional requirements for cow estrus monitoring equipment and quantify the demand index by AHP from the prospective of user needs,which intuitively reflects the needs of target users for each function and ensures that the design of cow estrus monitoring equipment better meets user needs.Applying KJ-KANO-AHP model to the dairy cow estrus monitoring equipment can help to develop user needs and solve user pain points.Furthermore,it can help increase the milk production of dairy cows and optimize the pasture management model,which eventually maximizes the benefits of the pasture.
