摘要
针对当今老年群体存在不信任新一代智能产品,市场上听力辅助产品质量良莠不齐等现象,对目标用户进行调研分析,并总结出特定老年用户群体的听力辅助产品设计策略。通过体验老年用户群体的生活,对样本用户进行访问等手段来分析老年人对产品的使用情况,并对市面上现有的产品进行系统分析和总结。总结出三种典型用户角色类型,提取现有听力辅助产品中的有效设计要素,最终提出基于体验设计理论的老年听力障碍用户设计策略。
In view of the phenomenon that the elderly do not trust the new generation of intelligent products and the uneven quality of hearing aid products in the market,this paper investigates and analyzes the target users,and puts forward the design strategies of hearing aid products for the elderly,so as to promote the elderly products more in line with the needs of the target population,suggest design strategies for products that are appropriate for this group to increase their satisfaction. Through the experience of the life of the elderly group,the sample users are interviewed to analyze the use of products by the elderly,and systematically analyze and summarize the existing products on the market. This paper summarizes three typical user role types,extracts the effective design elements of existing hearing aid products,and finally puts forward the design strategy for elderly hearing impaired users based on experience design theory.
