腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果与安全性观察

目的研究卵巢囊肿患者应用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗的效果及安全性。方法选取20例行手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者,采用抽签法分为对照组(8例)与研究组(12例)。对照组应用开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,研究组应用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗。对比两组手术相关指标、治疗前后雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平、并发症发生情况及临床疗效。结果研究组住院时间、手术时间、肛门排气时间及月经恢复时间均显著短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组E_(2)、FSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组E_(2)水平明显高于治疗前,FSH水平明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组E_(2)、FSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为8.33%,明显低于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在卵巢囊肿患者治疗中,实施腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗效果理想,可加快患者康复速度,减少出血量及缩短住院时间,且安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cyst exfoliation in patients with ovarian cyst.Methods 20 patients with ovarian cysts undergoing operation were selected and divided into control group(8 cases)and study group(12 cases)by drawing lots.The control group was treated with open ovarian cyst stripping,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping.Operation related indexes,levels of estradiol(E_(2))and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)before and after treatment,incidence of complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital stay,operation time,anal exhaust time and menstrual recovery time of the study group were signifificantly shorter than the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than the control group,the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifificant difference in E_(2) and FSH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,E_(2) level was signifificantly higher than before treatment,and FSH level was signifificantly lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in E_(2) and FSH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 8.33%,which was signifificantly lower than that of the control group(50.00%),and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 100%,which was signifificantly higher than that of the control group(62.50%),the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of ovarian cyst patients,the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal is ideal,can speed up the recovery of patients,reduce the amount of blood loss and shorten the length of hospital stay,and high safety,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
