薏苡附子败酱散联合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察

Effect of Coix Fuzi Patrinia powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema on patients with pelvic inflammatory diseases

目的研究薏苡附子败酱散联合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取60例慢性盆腔炎患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予西医抗生素药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予薏苡附子败酱散联合中药灌肠治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候评分及炎症指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候评分明显低于治疗前,且研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中性粒细胞百分比、白细胞计数、超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中性粒细胞百分比、白细胞计数、hs-CRP水平均明显低于治疗前,且研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论薏苡附子败酱散联合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著,具有抗炎、消肿等作用,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Coix Fuzi Patrinia powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflflammatory disease.Methods 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflflammatory disease were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine antibiotics,and the study group was treated with Coix Fuzi Patrinia powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and inflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was signifificantly lower than that before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifificant difference in neutrophil percentage,leukocyte count and hs CRP between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the percentage of neutrophils,leukocyte count and hs CRP level in the two groups were signifificantly lower than those before treatment,and the study group was signifificantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Coix Fuzi Patrinia powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema has a signifificant effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflflammation.It has anti-inflflammatory and detumescence effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
