中药养巢方治疗卵巢功能减退疗效及对性激素水平、卵泡发育的影响

Effect of Yangchao Prescription on ovarian dysfunction and its effect on sex hormone level and follicular development

目的探讨中药养巢方治疗卵巢功能减退疗效及对患者性激素水平、卵泡发育的影响。方法选取80例卵巢功能减退患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用雌二醇片雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合片(芬吗通)治疗,治疗组采用中药养巢方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素水平、排卵率、3、6个月内妊娠率、子宫内膜厚度及卵泡直径情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FSH、LH水平均低于治疗前,E_(2)水平高于治疗前,且治疗组FSH、LH水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组E_(2)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组3个月内妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组排卵率、6个月内妊娠率分别为52.5%、37.5%,均明显高于对照组的25.0%、17.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度、卵泡直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组子宫内膜厚度薄于对照组,卵泡直径大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药养巢方治疗卵巢功能减退疗效显著,可改善性激素水平,促进卵泡发育,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of yangchao prescription on ovarian dysfunction and its effect on sex hormone level and follicular development.Methods 80 patients with ovarian dysfunction were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with estradiol tablet estradiol didrogesterone tablet compound packaging(Fenmaotong),treatment group was treated with Traditional Chinese medicine Yangchao prescription.Clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels before and after treatment,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate within 3 and 6 months,endometrial thickness and follicular diameter were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%,which was signifificantly higher than that of the control group(77.5%),with statistical signifificance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no signifificant differences in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FSH and LH levels in both groups were lower than before,E_(2) levels were higher than before,and FSH and LH levels in treatment group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically signifificant(P<0.05),but there was no signifificant difference in E_(2) levels between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no signifificant difference in pregnancy rate within 3 months between the two groups(P>0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate within 6 months in the treatment group were 52.5%and 37.5%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 25.0%and 17.5%in the control group,with statistically signifificant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in endometrial thickness and follicular diameter between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness in the treatment group was thinner than that in the control group,and follicle diameter was larger than that in the control group,with statistical signifificance(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Yangchao prescription has a signifificant effect on the treatment of ovarian dysfunction,which can improve the level of sex hormones and promote the developmentof follicles.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
