提升局部区域新能源外送能力的储能容量优化配置方法 被引量:30

摘要 局部区域内的新能源大规模集中开发会造成严重的弃电问题,配置一定规模的储能装置可显著减少弃电。文中基于时序生产模拟软件和概率统计分析方法研究了考虑新能源发电不确定性和弃电率约束的局部断面储能容量配置问题。首先,介绍了主流的时序生产模拟软件的算法框架;基于该软件在考虑新能源出力的不确定性下获取局部区域断面的弃电曲线。然后,考虑弃电率限制,利用恒功率法确定储能的初始配置规模,再对断面弃电时长进行累积概率统计分析以得到储能最佳时长;进而对储能进行优化配置,得到满足弃电率约束的储能最佳配置规模。最后,针对中国西北某省实际电网进行了算例分析,并对储能配置规模与新能源装机占比和新能源利用率开展敏感性分析,验证了所提方法在求解方面的便捷性。 The large-scale centralized development of renewable energy in regional areas will cause serious renewable energy abandonment problems.The configuration of a certain scale of energy storage devices can significantly reduce the abandonment.Based on time-series production simulation software and probabilistic statistical analysis methods,this paper studies the energy storage capacity allocation problem in partial sections considering the uncertainty of the renewable energy and the abandonment rate constraints.First,the algorithm framework of the mainstream time-series production simulation software is introduced;based on this software,considering the uncertainty of renewable energy output,the abandonment curve of partial area sections can be obtained.Then,considering the limit of the abandonment rate,the initial configuration scale can be determined by constant power method,the cumulative probability statistical analysis on the length of the abandonment duration time is performed to obtain the best duration time for the energy storage;and the optimal energy storage configuration scale that meets the abandonment rate constraint is obtained.Finally,a calculation analysis is carried out on the actual power grid of a province in Northwest China,and a sensitivity analysis is carried out on the scale of energy storage configuration,the proportion of renewable energy installed capacity and the utilization rate of the renewable energy,which verifies the convenience of the proposed method in solving problems.
